Customer support employees are trained in the electrotechnical field and are confronted with technical enquiries and requirements from major and private customers on a daily basis at KEBA in third level support - and, depending on the product, help directly with installation questions, the elimination of errors, etc. and also act as an interface between customers and internal departments for the (further) development of the products.

I like the variety and that I can help our customers. It's a great motivation for me to be someone's problem solver. We are also such a great team - collegial behaviour is very important to us and there is a friendly bond within the team. You are in good hands with us if you basically like to be in contact with people, e.g. you need good social skills for trainings and trade fair appearances.
